Outdoor Yoga Class
Start your Sunday with an energizing and calming outdoor yoga session to awaken your body, mind and senses, led by local teacher, Imogen Smart. All you need is to bring your mat, wear some warm, comfortable layers, and come and enjoy the beautiful blend of breath awareness, postures, relaxation and meditation that is yoga.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water, sunscreen, towel.
