Festival Wellbeing: Progress Club Bootcamp

Start your day the right way with a fun and energetic bootcamp led by coach Hannah of Progress Club. This full-body, female-only session is designed to improve your fitness, strength, and flexibility. Open to all fitness abilities, but some basic level of fitness would be beneficial. The class combines bodyweight exercises and basic equipment for a great challenge.

Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing for exercise and trainers. Bring a water bottle and exercise mat.
