Join The SUP Life out on the water. Stand Up Paddleboarding is a fun and inclusive way for people of all abilities to enjoy our beautiful waterways. The SUP Life are passionate about physical and mental wellbeing, and paddleboarding is an awesome antidote to the hectic lives we all lead. Come and join us for a 45 minute taster session and see what you think!

Your SUP instructor will contact you prior to your session with details of the session such as safety, what to wear etc.
