Festival Wellbeing: Vegetable Fermentation Workshop

Join Jo from Replenish Oxfordshire for a hands-on fermentation class, where you’ll be led through the basics of how to ferment vegetables. This traditional preservation process makes vegetables last significantly longer and provides a wealth of surprising health benefits for your gut and overall wellbeing.

During this interactive session, you will learn the science and craft behind the crunch. At the end, you’ll have your very own jar of sauerkraut to take home and enjoy. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique, this workshop offers a friendly, supportive environment to start your fermentation journey.

All vegetables will be provided. Participants must supply their own cooking equipment. A detailed guide will be sent upon booking.

Please let the organiser know on the day if you have any food allergies. It is also advised to consult medical guidance or avoid fermented foods during pregnancy.
