Volunteer

Volunteer your time

Making a Festival happen takes many hands! So we are calling for volunteers to bring the next GAP Festival to life.

If you’ve enjoyed attending previous festivals, could this be the year that you head behind the scenes? Or, are you new to the village, and keen to meet more people by joining in one of the most significant events that takes place here.

Join the team

We’re currently looking for a few more people to fill our team. You’d be joining a group that are well-versed in the Festival providing a strong guiding hand along the way.

Could you help us with…?

  • Liaising with local partners and businesses to help keep the Festival accessible to all
  • Coordinating a range of ‘art’ workshops and events hosted by local groups/artists
  • Posting on our social media channels
  • Collating the content for our Festival brochure
  • Writing articles and press releases for local publications and media outlets

Come and find out more at the GAP Festival community evening on Monday 29th September 2025, at The Social Club in Goring. 6.30pm for 7pm start and find out more.

Get in touch using the enquiry form at the foot of this page, or email us directly on [email protected]

During the Festival

As we get closer to the 2026 Festival we'll also be looking for people to support with:

  • Marshalling at events
  • Checking tickets on the doors
  • Showing people to their seats
  • Supporting workshop hosts
  • Putting out chairs
  • Manning the bars
  • Running sound and lighting (training provided)
  • Or offering a general helping hand to event managers?

All of these are flexible on the level of time you can give, plus volunteering is also even more fun with friends or family.

With you on our team, together we can make this next Festival the best one yet!
