Experience Goring and Streatley from a duck’s eye view, with a wild swim in the Thames. There are plentiful mental health and well-being benefits from being in the open water, come and experience wild swimming first hand with experienced swimmer and coach Jo Jones on hand to guide and support the swim. The session includes an introductory talk about wild swimming and then a short, guided swim.
